The staff was fantastic, efficient and polite. Tranquil location with self-contained activities. Adequately stocked lounging area. Excellent onsen. Easy communication in English.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. There are many activities available on site, including a putting green and a lovely onsen. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is quite far from any convenience store or restaurant, so it's recommended to bring your own supplies. without your own transportation, it may be difficult to get around to nearby attractions.

I had a wonderful time at this luxurious resort. The location was stunning, with plenty of activities to keep me entertained. The staff were the highlight of my stay, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I overslept one morning and missed breakfast, but they happily exchanged it for lunch, free of charge. It was a pleasant surprise that most of the staff spoke English, making communication a breeze.
This place is perfect for families looking to relax and unwind.

The hotel is nicely decorated with a cozy ambiance that makes you feel at home. the staff were very attentive and helped us feel comfortable throughout our christmas stay. the hotel's onsen is one of the best features, a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the location, situated in a tranquil area with a stunning view of the bay.
The limited breakfast options, not much variety between local and western dishes. the villa rooms lacked basic amenities such as a kettle and refreshments.
